it's a 1/4 mile ravine, there's 300 rhodadendrun bushes on the opposite side from the "trail"

Hi Jim, if this is reply to my question, I will ask again that actually where this place is . Any hint, if it is in some park, name of the town or county.

Thanks,

Mohammed

Hi DickC. I hope you will not mind. ND filters are used for long exposure. You can also use polarizer filter which reduces the light by two stops. These filters are used if you can't get the effect you want even when your ISO is low and your Aperture is 16 or 22.

Thanks,
Mohammed

Hi Mohammed, it's a small ravine that drains into the Susquehanna river just below the holtwood dam. The way I get there is from Buck, PA heading towards the river, crosses the river and 50 yds on the other side you turn right which is part of a park. Follow road until you see a small bridge, stop on bridge and look to your left. There is another water fall not fall from there in a state park. Supposed to be 2nd smallest waterfall in MD. I have better photos somewhere of 2nd smallest waterfall.
