Last one is a bit dark; but they all look good to me.
Thanks for your comment ebrunner! Yes, I did very little PP on that picture, I wanted to keep the contrast of the glow and darkness. I was thinking that the glow would not be in the picture when uploaded to UHH.
Your hoverfly is nicely exposed, but just a bit back-focused. Your focus of the cat is fine, but just a bit over-exposed.

Thanks for the analysis = spot on, the cat I lightened before posting - I had previous pictures darken when posted. The fly I was manual focusing and could be a wind factor. Thank You for the invite to macro forum, I will check it out in depth when I finish up my other projects. Thanks Again!!!
