This was taken at Ilfracombe; Devon UK. Noelene and I were sitting by the window in our room late in the day sharing a platter and bottle (or two) of wine when the weather suddenly changed. It rained briefly then the sun appeared and so did these rainbows. The moment was very brief and I couldn't get the window open so I snapped a couple of shots through a dirty pane and then the sky became clear. All happened in about 40 seconds! The big blobs are raindrops which, given the scene might even add a little to the atmosphere (well, that's my excuse anyway).
Photos of boats are always welcome with me. Can't wait to buy another boat here in Florida. Been without one for 2 years now.

Read an interesting article three or four years ago about boats called Ghost boats.... During the last bust, you could go to any lagoon or bay or along coastal waters and find abandoned boats floating into the shorelines, that had been turned loose or set adrift... some very nice boats, of course needing much TLC depending on the situation. People who could no longer affording moorings, care or payments.
I also used to pick up the magazine "Wooden Boat" which has a section in the classifieds for "Free Boats". Always some some interesting ads for "BAT - bring a trailer" or "take me home" boats.
Much of that section was boats from in or near the Great Lakes.
Maybe your boat just needs a ride home, and a lot of TLC. A friend of mine just bought a converted PT boat, and a fairly nice conversion, down in California for $11,500.
This may be of interest to you, being in Florida:

Thanks sarge... don't know how you've managed without one for so long.

Thanks for looking Kuzano. That "ghost boat" story sounds interesting, I might look into that.

Thanks for thumbs up GT. With the raindrops it was either leave them in or clone them out so I took the easy option.
