Go into the Window menu and when the list drops down at the very bottom is project bin. Click on it and it should pop right back up. I closed mine on purpose and then tried doing that and it came right back up so it should work.

What about in the window menu where it says reset panels? Maybe that would work. Do you even see a tab at the bottom of the screen that says project bin? It's hard to believe that it could just be gone. (Sorry I would have suggested this before but I didn't realize you had already tried by clicking in the window menu. I misread your earlier post and thought you had tried something else.)

Well I got so frustrated because typical suggestions not working that I uninstalled it and installed it again and sure enough I now have a project bin. Very strange. Thanks for trying to help. Much appreciated. Am very new at this and support is appreciated believe me!

You are welcome. If the reset panels hadn't worked uninstalling and reinstalling would have been my next idea. I am no expert when it comes to using these programs or how to reset them when I mess something up. Since I bought a book on PSE 8 I decided to try and only mess with things when it says to in my book when I am working on a project.

Well we think alike lol. I finally uninstalled it and reinstalled and am going to be very careful from now on. Bought the Missing Manuel but feel I need something more basic. What do you use?

youtube.com for info. You need to buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 when it comes out, wait 2 or 3 months after it comes out and you should get it for around $50. UPGRADE

I bought Kelby and Keslowski's(SP?) book that is called The Photoshop Elements 8 Book. I find it very simple and easy to use. They start at the beginning on how to get your photos into the organizer and how to organize them, but don't have to start at the beginning if you don't want to. I skipped over all of that and picked out of the table of contents some of the things I wanted to learn and all I have to do is follow the steps and I can do it.
