I thought I share some fall pictures I took over the years and share it with you. Most likely all leaves have fallen of the trees by now as fall comes early up there and only lasts a couple of weeks. If you enjoy these I will be posting similar Alaskan fall scenes for about a week daily.

Thank you very much, you don't have the colors and hues in the trees like on the east coast but on the ground they are unmatched, especially at higher elevations.

Yes, you're right. Okanagan Falls. Just been here about four years after spending 26 in the Yukon.

That's interesting, as a young immigrant I worked in Dawson City in the summer of 1954 for the YCGC placer mining gold. The terrible gravel mounts you see were created by our dredges.

They're referred to now as "Historic artifacts."
Just for interest sake: The Number 4 Dredge has been restored and is a National Historic Site.
