Yesterday we counted 52 Elk around Benezett, Pa. We had our grandson with us and he had never seen the Elk here in Pa.

In New York we say if the cows are laying down its gonna rain. LOL. Are these confined or just passin through?

They were just eating the grass in a yard. The rail fence was only on the edge of the yard facing the road. I used the fence for framing a couple pictures.

I travel to Benazette with a friend every month. Those Elk are unpredictable as to when they make themselves shown.
I got some pictures of them 3 months ago close to the Elk museum. I got very few good ones because they always had their butts facing the camera. First time I ever got mooned by some Elk. They probably didn't like bridge cameras.
