Taken on Silver Star Mountain in southwest Washington State. In late June, 2014. A very overcast day with one round of rain that lasted about 15 minutes...but not without a few sunbreaks here and there. I was fortunate to be where I was when I saw this scene unfold.

Thanks for the kind words Ron. And sometimes being in the right place at the right time requires a little luck...but I had to be up there first. And we chose to go even though we knew there was a chance of rain. And for sure it was going to be overcast. Most of the time...
