I want to shoot a young woman who suffers from eczema. Her skin often is almost magenta. She likes B&W, I think because it hides her condition. When I shoot her with her family it poses a problem. I have PSE, lightroom, Efects 8.5, and portrait pro. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

I see you have Lightroom - this is what I do:

Go to Develop, Basic, then you'll see HSL/Saturation/Luminance. Open this, click on Magenta and reduce saturation.

Hope it works for you.

Well Custer tried single shot breach loading Springfields and that didn't work well.

Select her face and then use "hue/saturation" to make it do what ever you want--including green
