As a Veteran, I'm outraged!

Two star Major General Harold Greene was k**led in Afghanistan on August 8, 2014 while serving his country in p***e for 34 years. He was the highest ranking officer in the military k**led in action since the Vietnam war. President Obama has not mentioned anything in regards to this highly decorated soldier yet he spoke highly of Robin Williams who committed suicide. He was buried August 14 in the Arlington National Cemetary. Neither the President, Vice President or Secretary of State attended the funeral. President Obama was on vacation, playing golf at Martha’s Vineyard . No f**gs were ordered to half mast yet they were for Whitney Houston who also committed suicide. I find this very offensive and disrespectful to the veterans who have served our great country. But then again, why does this not surprise me.

The White house sent more representatives to Michael Brown's funeral than they did to Margaret Thatcher's...
And the left has no problem with this!

I agree with you, it sure is a shame. But the real Americans know who the real honors are! And thank you for your service :)

Agreed...

Our Commander in Chief wants to be the head of the greatest nation on earth and everything he does weakens this country.

And, our elected officials (congress) allows this to happen.

Our entire government is a disgrace!

This President has a background as a Community Organizer and politcian. Although he is the "Commander-In-Chief of the military, but he does not have a grasp of what the militry can do and cannot do. He does not respect it and sends it in as a solution to every problem for which he has failed at finding another solution. The U.S. standing in the World had declined and our economy has suffered. He is a feckless leader. He reacts to events instead of guiding them. Sad.

What is it you said to the last thing I posted? "Who cares what you think?" Hmmm. So I guess I don't give a flying leap what you think.

Since I don't swear, I have my own substitute list of terms for swear words. You can take a guess of what flying leap is the equivalent.

Wow, doesn't sound like a Christian attitude to me.

Robert, even a Christian can be offended. People expect us Christians to be perfect which we are not. I am sorry that I had responded to your post but I had agreed with your post and could not understand why Steve didn't. Now I must offer my apology to Steve for getting myself involved. Steve was offended by something you had said and when he told you about it, which he should have, you come back with a tart remark about Christian attitudes instead of offering an apology of your own which would have shown the rest of us how a Christian should be. My apology to you and to Steve. My hope is that we can drop this now and get along as we should.
