Does any one know an easy way to move photos from MAC iPhoto to Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. I know I can export out of iPhoto to a folder then into Elements, but i am lazy and would like a one quick and easy move.
Thanks

Ed

You have to export them all out to a folder then import them into PE.

I use Aperture and have to take the same steps if I want to put them into iPhoto but Aperture does what iPhoto does and more so I don't bother to do that.

I have the exact problem. I finally found a step by step how to on lynda.com. She has every program you would ever need to learn on her tutorials and its been helpful. I don't think there is a easier step. If I don't want to move a picture but just want to edit it in PS, I right click and it gives me the option to either go to PS or I photo. I'm sure you know that. But if you hear of an easier way I would love it. I think its confusing but I am as computer lit as a light bulb. I like the way IP edits just which it had more options. Mel.

Might I recommend Aperture? It is only $70 and well worth it. As with all Apple products, upgrade and seamless interaction with your Mac is awesome.

I have an old copy, Aperture 2, do you think it is better than Elements 10?

What little I used it I think it is between Elements and PhotoShop for the MAC.
I may look into upgrageing to a newer version.

Honestly, never used photoshop. Aperture is great for enhancing pics and file management, but does not do some of the advanced things that PS does, do I understand.
