Beautiful as always Mike!!! These are all pretty awesome. One day I might give this a go. But there isn't anything around here worth doing.:):)

Thank you very much Erv. None of these are stitched, I wouldn't know how, I just crop regular images. Just try it, it might be harder to get the effect in flat country but here in the hills it works.
Have a nice long weekend my friend.
Love them!
Mike, do you mind if I PM you to pick your brain?
I'm heading to SF in a few weeks and would like to get as much info as I can before I get there.

I really enjoyed these Mike, I'll probably never make it out there, so this helps ease the pain. Just beautiful, thanks so much for posting.

Omg. there is so much to do and see, I assume you come by car? I can give you my favorite places and you can search it out. Coit tower, Golden Gate park, De Young Museum, Palace of fine arts, Treasure Island, Twin Peaks, Cliff House, if you like the tourists hang out, Fisherman's Wharf, Alcatraz, Drive the scenic 49 mile drive, of course drive over the Golden Gate Bridge to the view point from there under the freeway up the hill where you get the best views, my last two pictures were taken from there. Muir woods with the old stand of redwoods is only an hours drive. I am not sure but I think the crooked street is closed now. Well you get the wind, there is a lot to do.
Have a great time up here.

Thank you so much Phil. You know that I never saw much east of Colorado, we are in the same boat. We tried a cross country trip after I retired, my good that's a long time ago, we only made it to South Dakota and I got sick and we had to return home, I was in New York once in the late fifties. Also went trough the south from Texas to Florida.
