In one of our northern towns it was discovered that hundreds of young girls were threatened, beaten and raped by gangs of men.
The police did nothing because they were scared of being accused of racism as the men were Muslim.
I am ashamed.

Probably not the beat duty plods but the senior officers hell bent on the next promotion. Unfortunately policing changed in this country when politics was allowed to interfere with the law. Sir Robert Mark was probably the last Met Commissioner that came up through the ranks Since then we have a succession of political appointees that care more about their prospective Knight Hood than getting the job done. Just look back at the standards when we had a Police Force and compare them to the Police Service we have now. As a ten year old I regularly spent time in London with just a friend of about the same age. We never came to any harm and I always fealt safe. Would I let my grandchildren do the same today...no way. Blame the Politicians and their slavish adherence to Political Correctness for the state we find ourselves in.

I feel this a growing epidemic worldwide. I read an article the other day where a group of Muslims in a suburb of our city of Chicago tried to declare that area as being under strict Sharia law and that ALL residents and visitors would be subject to it's rules. Signs/posters were mounted to that effect but were removed shortly after being raised. The city government is so far disallowing this, but it makes you think about growing trends.
