Its about time for some football.
I can't wait!!!
I shoot three high school games on thursday and friday and then TCU football on Saturday and finally Baylor on Sunday.

Thanks buddy.
Im sure I wish I could use one since we photogs are in preseason mode as well.
It usually takes two or three games to really get into top shape.
I've been trying to work out in the heat these past couple of weeks bc I have to cover the 49ers & Cowboys the next weekend.
The bigger paying gig is next sunday night, so I better be at the top of my game. Usually, if I shoot during the weekend, especially a college game, I'm sharp and ready to go on sundays.
Im sure I wish I could use one since we photogs are in preseason mode as well.

Are you a freelance photographer or do you work for some publication/newspaper. How were you able to work your way to the sidelines of these major sporting events? Thanks, and good luck this coming weekend, sounds very busy.

I am a freelance photographer.
I do contract for several national sports agencies.
I do not shoot for local newspaper, but I did get my
jump start from them several years ago.

That is excellent, I envy you, I think it would be fantastic to shoot at the venues you are working. Do you have a favorite image from these efforts that you'd be willing to share, I'd love to see it. Thanks, Novots.

Hmm,
I'm generally not interested in shooting football games but since my baby boy is on the line this year, I may be looking for some hints.
I'd like to take some solo shots of him and his friends goofing around. Any fun ideas?
btw - he just started middle school.
