Love the picture of the bee with the pollen. He probably got employee of the month in the hive.

Neat shot, but this one is not a bee. It is a variety of fly that mimics the looks of a bee. It enhances his ability to survive. I once saw a film where they offered a real bee to a toad. He took it and got stung. They then offered him one of these flies, which was harmless. He wouldn't touch it. So I guess the camouflage works, eh?

huh... A couple of my grandchildren did well in a recent spelling bee. I was just thinking of taking this shot and adding text to the pic to make a "spelling bee." :-D
