I love using Fujifilm cameras. Currently I use an S2950 but plan to upgrade to the SL1000 or S9400W. Has anyone out there used either or both cameras and can provide a guide to which might be better overall?

I have the SL1000 and am quite happy with it. Bought it after my Canon SX50HS was stolen. It's not quite as forgiving as the Canon, particularly at high ISO. It doesn't have WIFI like the S9400W, otherwise I don't see much difference between the two.

I have the SL1000 and like it a lot. It fits my hands well. I have taken pictures at 50X either hand held or braced on a post or car and they have come out well. The only negatives for me are the slide on/off switch - you have to be firm when sliding it - Also there is no way to put on a filter or lens hood. Since it is discontinued as last years model you should get a great price.
