Adorama having email problems

I received an e-mail this morning from Adorama stating they were shipping my product . . . the problem was the product was ordered on January 15 of 2012 and I already received it.
I called Adorama this morning and they said they are having problems with their computer system!
Guess I won't be receiving that backup Canon EOS 5D Mark III! Bummer :)

I had the same problem! Thought my G.A.S. was so bad I had telepathically sent an order without realizing! When i saw an order date of 01/2013, I suspected something was wrong and called

It was a system glitch which should by now have been fixed - please accept my apologies for any confusion caused.

hell I ordered tw0 memory cards and paid for fast shipping, customer service tells me they may find my order in ten days. add to it that I couldn't get past the accent of the operator or the muffled tone of their equipment. thousands of jobs shipped to India.

Guess the problem has not totally been resolved yet --I got another e-mail this morning at 1:10 am stating item was shipped! Guess you guys really want to give me that back-up camera!!! :)

Oh my -- they are still having problems -- got another e-mail this morning at 9:15 stating my "backup camera" is on it's way! :)
