No... You are wrong, nowhere in the constitution will you find the term inalienable rights, the words unalienable rights are found in our Declaration of Independence, the exact phrase is as follows....

Those rights were later codified in what we call the Bill of rights within our constitution. Nowhere in the bill of rights do you find provision for the government to force employers to pay for the shit that liberals want. In fact, as president Obama complained while teaching constitutional law, he viewed the constitution as a negative charter, that it did not go far enough, that it was not redistributive enough. You see Silver, the Constitution restricts the federal government, it was intended to keep contained within a particular set of boundaries... That is why progressives hate it so... but they are beginning to like it more and more because they have been fairly successful in destroying it through the court system.

You are really silly. I have not complained at all, I just re affirmed that the Supreme Court has found in favor of the said business. So whats you problem? You just like to attack people because it makes you feel superior. You are just being silly now. Me and my ilk, how dumb can you get.

Whatever Silver, your words speak for themselves... and just in case you have not figured it out, the founders in the statement.. "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights." affirm that "Natural Rights" do not come from the government, they come from the creator, be the creator a god or mother nature herself, the government has no claim on these rights, they do not belong to the government to either grant or take away, they are innate in the human being. Such rights can not be taken or relinquished, they are natural and a part of the human being... That is the difference between the two words inalienable and unalienable. The ACA fits nowhere into that definition of human rights.

No... not a god thing, that was just one more stroke of the founder's brilliance. The do not mention God, so even an atheist such as yourself who believes in natural evolution is accommodated by the phrase.... "creator" be it nature or a god, it is of little consequence, you are endowed with certain rights that a just government has no right to infringe upon.

With out laws that we all live by the country would be a complete mess. Dont certain rights pertain to a woman having control over her own body? The creators of the constitution also said that "all men are created equal" and yet most of them owned slaves. Seems hypocritical to me.

So, when you speak of a woman having control over her own body, which you do a lot, can you tell me how Hobby Lobby interfered with that, because for the live of me I did not see Hobby Lobby make any attempt to control any woman's body...

You have got to be kidding me. Hobby lobby wants to control a woman's rights concerning health issues based on religious beliefs. There is no other explanation. Employees should not have restrictions concerning this issue or any other other medical issue put upon them by an employer. These religious nuts are forcing their beliefs down the throats of people. I can see a company enforcing a no smoking issue but what an employee does with their bodies medically is just disgusting.

Your full of crap, Hobby Lobby wants to do no such thing, they have not demanded to control anything other than their own money... period.
