#2 is my pick ..I like it because the color's have a more saturated look....like the effect it makes the colors stand out.

It depends on what your goal is. #1 is a realistic photo, #2 looks more like a watercolor rendition where making statement rather than realism is the goal. If I judged #2 as a photograph I'd say it looked over processed.
