Hello all,
Well I looked at my programs on my computer to try to get rid of this annoying PC Fix Speed. It is not there, if it is it is under another name. So this morning the message came up to upgrade to windows 8.1. I did, big mistake. It took all morning. Things have changed, passwords etc. Skype seems to have gone away. It will not take a new password. I have to have a password to get into the computer. I am not a happy camper. I tried to go back to yesterday, nothing changed. So partly venting with frustration and as always what to do? I still have Fix Speed. Skype is really important to me to contact my brother in England.

It's not going to help you now, but in future, set a restore point, before you update anything. Go to the start button, click on "Help and Support", then look for "setting a restore point".

uninstall it now. you may need to download it again if the need arises. if kept on computer it has a time limit on it.
