Some people will always blame what happens to them on others because they don't want to take responsibility for their actions. It's always the fault of another person or situation.

Collie lover: Very well said and it's true! They want to pass the buck onto others when they failed but when they succeed they solely get the honor!!!

JackintheBox, Ebbote and to all of you, fanatic Repubs: Here's your old buzzard SOTH, John Boehner, blaming other person for his failure. Hug him, comfort him, pat him on the shoulder and then say: "Poor John, be a man, if you failed you failed. Don't blame others! Better yet, if you believe you cannot succeed in doing your job, there is always that easy way out - RESIGN - and let other qualified Repubs take over. But who's left? The No.1 candidate for the position was easily beaten by an unknown college professor Tea Party candidate! And he will respond: "Yeah, I know, so resigning is not an option! I will just keep blaming everybody for my failure, blah, blah, blah!!!

I suppose he could blame Bush... Except that is the scapegoat of another whole party.

I don't care for Boehner much but for a different reason.
I blame him for not doing after obummer for bypassing congress to get his own way. And for not going after him for trading our enemy that want us dead to get back the deserter.

Deserter or not, he has not been charged, makes no difference we do not leave our soldiers behind! It is a silent and binding oath. We bring back our dead and our living. Every soldier knows that he will be accounted for. We have the tomb of the unknown soldiers which is a solemn commitment to all in uniform and to their families.

Your comment here is fascinating, ole sarg! How do you explain the many American military cemeteries in Europe filled with fallen U.S. soldiers? A silent and binding oath...

Pretty uncommon to see a Democrat/Liberal/Progressive "circle jerk," as you so crudely put it, here on UHH.

@Hal81: "for trading our enemy that want us dead to get back the deserter".

You blamed Obama for releasing 5 enemies in exchange for a soldier's freedom, but you didn't blame Bush for releasing hundreds of terrorists prisoners from Gitmo (Guantanamo) prison in exchange for nothing! Whoaa! You are being one-sided here! Or, you didn't know anything about it? Where were you when it happened???
You called the released soldier a "deserter"! Has it been proven that he was indeed a deserter? Or, you did know either?

Wake up ole sarg He has not been charged because obummer made the trade. Everyone else knows a man that leaves his post and goes over to the enemy is a deserter. What army were you in? I served in the navy , during Korea and prould of it. And most of us service men know obummer has done more to harm this country than ant before him. I still belive he should be impeached for trading even one of those that want to see us all dead. You better get back under that bed till you get some common sense.
