It's a very nice photograph, but I would have used a smaller aperture and moved the point of focus further into the picture. The fore ground is sharp but the background is blurry and there is nothing in the sky. I would have replaced the sky with something more interesting. Just my opinion.

If you're still in Lake Lure, be sure to go down to The Point of View restaurant and shot from there.

We have 8 acres hiding in the woods there. We stay there in the Spring while we decide where we're going.

I would have shot with some of the beautiful mountains with the lake. Love that area.
