My new version of Lightroom no longer seems to offer this feature . I loved it as it made small file sized copies of editable images for which didn't take up much hard drive space and allowed me to leave my 1 T Lightroom catalogue on external drive. Does anyone know if that feature is still available. I'm now running the latest subscription versions of LR and PS on a Mac. Also I was told I would loose Behance when I decreased from full creative cloud to The photography version fo$10 per month. Does anyone know what is really included and where smart previews went? Thanks

Smart previews are still there: Import screen top right and Library > Previews > Build Smart previews
Behance: I believe it has been reduced to 2 GB for Photography subscribers.

Thank you found it. Wish I could apply it retroactively to imports I made when it was inadvertently turned off. Thank you. I can upload to Behance and view others postings from my iOS device, but from my Mac running Maverick I get an error code about authtoken not found. Does Behance work on Mac systems? Any insight would be appreciated.

Was your Behance a Pro site?

I don't know what you mean by Pro. It was a free application with full cc, I may have downloaded it from Mac App Store, I don't remember software delivery method.

Contact Behance technical assistance. I had significant trouble with Behance around the time of the CC2014 upgrade but it got resolved quickly. Behance has great tech support, totally separate and different from adobe. IMHO they should put the Behance folks over Adobe support and scrap the rest of those people.

I have been reading up on Adobe Behance, and they say that if you have the full version of the Cloud, you also have access to the "Pro" version of Behance.
The Authtoken is the Behance version of User name and password. They call it an Access token.
If you did have the Pro version because you subscribed for the full monte, and now subscribe to the Photography cloud, you will have lost the Pro Behance (though I believe you can regain it for $100 per annum).
If you open the Creative Cloud Desktop you can enable synching by clicking on the Gear wheel at the top, opening preferences and navigating through the various Behance pages. I understand you can only get 2 GB free.

Thank you. To clarify I can use the non pro version of Behance on my computer, and I should open it with user name and password for the non pro iOS versions running. And then synch them. Or may I only use the iOS versions.
What source were you referencing, as your answers are really through and helpful. Thank you for your time and advice.

Part of the problem is that we used to have separate logins and passwords for Behance and Adobe. When cc2014 rolled in there became only one login/password for both and that is your adobe ones. This switch did not always work properly, I can attest. I spent weeks with tech support on both sides and Behance ended up solving it. If you got prosite because you signed up for the original photography package, where the larger amount of storage was offered, I was told we would keep that larger storage and prosite as long as we keep our same subscription. People who signed up for the photography package in the last few months when they opened it up to everyone will only get behance but not prosite, and only the smaller storage. That is documented in Kost's blog, too.

I started by Googling Behance, but that took me to the company that Adobe subsequently bought, so all the info I have I actually obtained by clicking on that Gear Wheel and following my nose around the help and links supplied.
The 2GB limit is to be found in the Cloud terms and conditions, I recall it well because I thought 2 GB was very tiny compared with the 20GB previously on offer.
I think your Adobe username and password will be sufficient to use Behance - but I could well be wrong on this.

This is Adobes version of Flickr, but not as successful.
