My whole family was deeply moved by the dead of Robin Williams as he was admired by all of us. As my 16 year old granddaughter just came home from her first day back in school she went to her room and created this tribute to Williams, it’s a pencil drawing on a 5x5” paper, it took her about one hour, I was floored when I saw it and I just wanted to share it with my UHH friends. She put the image on her twitter account and had over. 4,000 hits overnight. She has a following of 29,000 I posted some of her work on UHH before and I will have some more soon. I am very proud of her and as her teacher says she has unlimited talent.

As one artist to another (and I can't draw people at all!)... Beautiful work for a beautiful human being.

I don't know if anyone has posted this tidbit yet here, but when Christopher Reeves had his accident, Robin Williams paid for one of his surgeries. (they were roommates at one time and remained friends) That was the kind of person he was - generous and kind.

If I had half her talent, I could die a happy man. You should be very proud.

He was not only a talented actor/comedian he was a good man. a man that left this earth too soon but left it a better place than when he came into it.

A remarkable tribute from a very talented young artist.Who knows what price he paid for his comedic genius and his dramatic acting skills. In spite of that,he was a warm and compassionate human being. This clearly shows in her sketch-further attesting to her skills. Thanks for posting. I would like to see more of her work.

I showed Karina the great response she got for her creation, she says: Thank you very much, may god bless all of you.
