His name is Bronco and he's an American Bulldog.

Not sure what happened to the picture but I'm blaming it on user error. It had been so long since I used the camera that I forgot how to operate it in A mode while using a manual focus lens. I think had the aperture set at f16! Anyways, this was just a snapshot as that is all he would allow me to take....lol!

Just thought I would share my new happiness with you all. He is five weeks old in this picture.....

Thanks you guys.

He's about six weeks old right now so I haven't been able to bring him home yet. I do however visit him every few days. This has been one long month.....

Thanks, redbeard. The longer legs are one of the reasons why I prefer the American over the English. Makes them a little more athletic imo.

He will keep both tail and ears which as far as I know is normal for the breed.

This is a picture borrowed off of the internet of his grandmother. His mother looks similar and his father is a little bigger. The father is a real blockhead and Bronco resembles him quite a bit. One thing I like is the fact that the parents are both friendly dogs which is what I intend to train Bronco to be.
