This cub ran across the road in front of me in Cades Cove and then would stop every 10 feet and stand up and look around like he was looking for something.I was on the road in heavy shade and it was quite dark. even on a bright day. When he stood up near the tree in the sun I was able to get this shot. 150-600 ISO100 6.3 1/8 600MM about 100 feet. Hand held leaning on car
Good shot especially for handholding a lens that long. Typical pose for a black bear cub who is probably looking for mom.

Thanks for looking He stayed for about 5 minutes and then wandered into the forest. The photo looked better before i sent it . Wonder what happened.
