Taking a portrait of a two-year-old is never planned. It's more like spontaneous combustion.

Rose crawled up onto my dining room chair this afternoon, pulled her favorite blankie up over her head and looked at me. The light spilled through the window, over her blankie and draped her in magic. I just happened to have my D600 with my new 105mm 2.8 micro lens in my hands. I turned the dial to "P" and snapped. Sigh! :)
