You have an extremely small DOF, but maybe that was your choice. Personally, I would have tightened the aperture to at least f8, which would mean upping the ISO and/or slowing the shutter even more. Obviously, a tripod would be essential. Another alternative, of course, is flash.

I like your pic--it's just that I'm a bit of a focus freak, but that's just me. :-)

I think the fall-off of focus going to the right enhances the sharpness on the left as we enter the picture. If it was all sharp it would be a portrait, whereas it is an abstraction.

Colour combination is excellent, but to me I would have changed the point of focus to the centre of the flower and cropped it more to the left. If possible shot at F2.8. JMHO

I love the lines of the petals, and the textures/shape of the center. Not a fan of the tiny focus point and where it's located. For this one, I think I'd prefer all softness and artistry :)

It does look as if the yellow is exploding. I think I would prefer it to be all in focus, or all a bit soft. Good job.
