I made this using Picasa, it was pretty easy to figure out. These are my nieces! What 'cha think?

Looks like your nieces make nice subjects. The collage might be just a tad busy. I've done the same thing....still do, trying to squeeze too many photos into one collage. BUT, if it preserves the memories for you, that's what it's all about. Keep it up.

Lovely collage. Recently I have taken to making a collage of each family outing using the best photos of that event. Like it better than having a stack of photo. This is as close as I get to scrapbooking. I add captions an journaling.
