PSE 12 support?

Is there such a thing? Been having trouble with the Organizer. Used to be able to submit a question to their tech people but now seems they refer me to the "Forum" where all there is there are other people's complaints. The problem is that when i double click on a pic to view it full screen it only shows a cropped view of it. Then it shuts down and can't restart it until I reboot. Don't know where else to go with this. Got any ideas?

First I would think too that the "Forum" be a good place, but you could also try the "Elements Village Forum" a Forum foremost dedicated to Adobe's Photoshop Elements (it is the most friendly forum you'll find)!

The Adobe sponsored forum is usually a good place to get some help. There are some dedicated users there that try hard to help.
