Went to San Francisco for our wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful time. We had a chance to ride the "F" train which runs from Market Street to Fisherman's Wharf along the famous Embarcadero. This route takes passengers along the route where the ferries dock and cruise ships dock. It is really cool to see an old time street car that still runs on tracks with the overhead electrical lines. The motorman has no steering wheel just an accelerator and a brake and all he has to do is collect fares. These particular trollies were built in the mid to late 1940's so they have seen there share of passengers and they are still on the road.
Hope you like them and I hope it brings back some memories and thanks for looking!
How much are the fares these days?

2 bucks but .75 or us senior citizens.
One has to wonder what they consider a "Senior Citizen"?
Disney thinks you're an adult at the ripe old age of 9 and AARP started sending me stuff somewhere around my 49th birthday.
It must be a perspective thing. Yes, your photos do bring back memories, thank you for posting them.
