Thanks for your attempt to improve my picture. Unfortunatelly You did not check 'store original' box. It would be easier to compare 2 versions.

You do not need "store original" to see the suggested change in composition.

Thank you, Bret. I am glad that such crop is not so bad, but I did not try to shoot only monument, I wanted to show place where this monument was placed. BTW the name of this monument is "This is The place". I took many pictures of it to see details, but it was not the best time of the day for shooting, sun was very strong. As an example I can show one piece of this monument.

I might move toward the monument and set up a shot utilizing the next light pole. There is still one more pole after that, but I think you may run out of room. As this is, there is no subject to catch my attention. The tree blocks the monument from being that subject. Seems like an undeveloped story that never goes anywhere.

Thanks for looking and your comment. My mistake in the posting this picture is that I did not explained my goal to take this picture. I gave this explanation to Bret.

It COULD be cropped for MANY different effects. As you've done it, the "monumentalism" of the monument, it is outstanding. The monument is distant but dominating, somewhat mysterious behind the grove, set in an awe-inspiring space. Good work!

Good view, I would move myself further so there was a little space between
The tree and the monument. Otherwise I like it.
