Where would you screw the cable release into your camera? The 7D doesn't have a shutter release button that accepts a screw in cable release. If you have more info or know where this would work on your camera, let me know.

Used one of those on my Nikon F years ago. Don't have anything that it will work on now.

Amazing, I have one almost the same! Anybody needs it I will send to them. It threads into a threaded fitting inside the shutter release button, most newer cameras don't have those, sadly.
