Have you considered the F5? I use one, and the F6 is a LOT more money since its still a current model. Have seen used F6's for around $1600 and up, and NICE used F5's for under $500.

I have an F5 in great condition (not sure how they rate them), if you would be interested? You won't go wrong with Nikon. I sold all my Pentax stuff a few years back and went all Nikon and never regretted it.

Just curious...what kind of Pentax gear and if I could be so bold to ask...what did you get for it and where did you sell it?
I have some OLD Pentax "stuff" that I might try to sell and was just wondering...

It's been quite a while so I don't remember what I got for all the stuff, but it was a local photography store that bought all of it at one time. I never regret making that decision because the more I look back at the slides and prints I have from those days, it makes me appreciate the Nikon quality that much more.
