Congress rating what, about 18%? Will it go up or down by focusing on impeaching Obama versus working on stuff that really matters. And my thoughts on finding that using federal money to help with Obamacare? Well, the GOP is bent on making this illegal so in a sense, the GOP is making it illegal to help those in need. I guess their religious teachings need a do over.

They are, when they get back from their vacation, they'll make up reasons to take off so they can campaign for re-election in their districts, then comes the election and shortly thereafter Christmas.
