People seem to like to like the twilit and night shots and I came across this as I was redoing my image catalog and decided to share it with you.
This was taken on a cold, misty evening about two years ago on the Embarcadero in San Francisco.
If you would like to see a larger version click on the "download" under the picture.
Seems like in my rush to post I put up an unedited raw image that was converted to JPEG rather than the one below it.

Thank you! Your comment is much appreciated.
Same problem I had trying to shoot a moon in a landscape, the moon gets washed out or overexposed, however you want to put it............

I agree and now I have learned to use the "spot meter" on my camera to meter on the moon so that the other light around me won't be a factor. Also, a faster shutter speed coupled with a higher ISO, if necessary, will give you a much better result sometimes.
I wouldn't be overly concerned about using a high ISO because some camera sensors can produce good results at higher ISO and, also there is some good software that will remove any excess noise the higher ISO may generate.
Great shot with the Bay Bridge in the background

Thank you, I just love taking night shots and the Oakland Bay Bridge is one of my favorite backdrops.
