http://graphics.stanford.edu/courses/cs178-11/This looks like a good free resource. I have not looked at it all, but the things that I did were interesting and informative. The textbook used is available in older editions from <$10 on various used book sites. The flash animations and the PDf lecture notes are really good.

The site is great. Even has variable camera settings showing the result of changing the shutter speed, focal length, ISO. Cool Thanks
