In view of all the kind comments, remarks and private messages I have received concerning my leaving the Hog, I have reconsidered and will be staying for a while longer.
Thank you to everyone who responded with kind words, remarks and encouragement, you all know who you are and I thank you very much.
About the title: Barns by harclod, should, or shouldn't I try changing the titles each time I post, or should I leave it as it has been, making it easy for everyone who likes to view my barns? Anyone who wishes to respond, I welcome your thoughts on this matter.
Thanks again, Richard. And here's your next barn.
Quite frankly, the title is fine to me as it's a continuing series of barn photos, as to the wise azz's comments , pay them no mind as most of the time they never post any photo's of their own but have lots to say if anyone else posts .
Pete
That is one bright roof! Not sure which direction it faces but I bet that is bright when the sunlight strikes it! Nice detail in the wood barn siding. Looks like you had the goats' attention!
The title does not matter to me. I have your name in my Buddy list and I tend to look at the posts there first anyway so as to not miss those.

Thanks Pete. Let's see what the others say about the title and I will do as the majority asks.
Thanks again, richard

Yes, it was quite bright. I tried to darken it a bit, but lost the texture of the wood siding. The bright side of the roof is facing east, the picture was taken just before noon. Not the best time of day to be shooting, but time wasn't on my side. It was the only angle I could get. I knew it would be tricky, but did the best I could do considering my opitions.
Thanks, Richard
I wouldn't worry about it, Richard. What somebody titles their post is their business and shouldn't really affect anybody else unless it's offensive as determined by the rules of this site. So glad you reconsidered. :-)

I actually prefer when the title tells you what is in the photo, and I always look at barns and railroads if those descriptors are in the title. Glad to hear you are staying at least a while longer :)

Seems my post ruffles someones feathers and got their panties in a wad .
This is a copy of the private message I received a few moments ago ( minus the senders name)
Your comment: "..... as to the wise azz's comments , pay them no mind as most of the time they never post any photo's of their own but have lots to say if anyone else posts ." For your information, dimwit, I made no comment whatsoever about harclod's barns. Unlike you, I do not waste people's time with posting garbage ..... if you want to see a good barn, look at this one
http://static.uglyhedgehog.com/upload/2014/1/23/1390525281281-descent_into_chaos.jpg It's better than anything you OR harclod every posted.
I guess someone has a ego problem or a photo envy problem as I have never felt the need to post any of my photo is better then yours.
Oh by the way its a free site ,if i feel like posting garbage its well within my rights to do so , thank you very much .
