This is the first time I'm shooting in RAW. I just got a computer so now I can work with RAW. Anything I should be aware of with this format?
Raw allows more latitude when tweaking ("post production" has become a four letter word), for instance bringing out lost detail in the highlights and shadows.

Gorgeous image! Looks like you have already mastered the editing of raw files :)
There are lots of topics already posted on UHH, and online, re the suggested workflow - which edits to do in which order, if you're interested.
One thing I didn't know about at first is the "side car" file that is created when you edit a raw file. It stays in the folder with your raw, so that next time you open that raw file, the edits you first did are automatically applied. You can always make changes, however.

Thanks Linda. Looking forward to learning more about post editing.

Excellent picture, love the reflections in the water. :D
If you use LR5 ( or Photoshop) you will figure out how to "develop" your Raw files and the amazing abilities of the software.
Nice shot by the way !
