, okay for those that don't like no stinking rules let's say guidelines or suggestions. I like simple so my gray matter {such as it is} can get it's folds around it so I go with " A interesting subject is vital". Please share with us what you think as the one or two things you try to keep in mind everytime you snap a photo. Thanks.

Have fun! If you're not having fun there's no point in doing it. Come back another day when you're eager to photograph stuff.

its not the equipment a photographer has or doesn't have its how he/she uses it.

if the image was origionaly taken by light passing through a lens and being recorded on film or memory card, it is still a PHOTOGRAPH no matter what else is done to it.

Proper Composition and lighting are of utmost importance for me before the shutter button is pressed.

You can be out taking photos all you want, having fun and such, but if you don't pay attention to the details you may be disappointed when you get home and view your work on your computer.

One more photoshop and elements vs __________ fill in the blank with name of any other photo editing software, mac vs pc and coke vs pepsi.
