I literally just bought this off of ebay thinking that I would use it but since I have a 50mm and a bunch of zooms, I have found that I am not using it. It was an impulse buy and now I am regretting it.

The glass looks excellent! Tiny ding on rim where you screw on the filters and inside where the glass is the black part has scuffs. None of these affect the pictures at all..just very minor cosmetic. Otherwise the lens cosmetically is excellent.

This comes with lens and caps. 35mm f1.8
1 tiffen circular polarizer
1 tiffen 812 filter
3 ND filters - Dolcia .3, .6 and .9
1 UV filter
Tiffen filter carrying case
1 velvet bag to carry the lens

I am truly looking to get back what I paid for it - $180 and I will even ship it for free. I am not a len expert and I tried to describe it best as I can. It seems to work great.

You did not include the lens designation such as...

AF-S DX NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G or

AF-S NIKKOR 35mm f/1.8G ED etc....

Big difference between the two.

I have that lens and I use it a ton. I almost bought the 50mm and I was told since I had a crop frame I would be happier with the 35mm.

You should ask questions..it is not a problem! I used it 1 time so far and it seemed to work fine. I literally bought it last week off of ebay...like I said..an impluse buy. I am contemplating keeping it but I am regretting it right now because I should have bough a super wide which is what I have been on the market for lately. This is a quote from the ebay ad: "You are bidding on a nikkon 35mm 1 8 afs lens with several filters including a multicoated UV filter and a tiffen circular polarizing filter. Alissa, I too, have been looking for a 35mm DX lens for my D7000 to serve as a "50mm" prime. I am interested in the lens but not the filters. Live in northern NJ and would not have problem meeting to view lens. If it is still available you may contact me directly at tor24tor@yahoo.com
