As you know, Louisiana is very good at electing crooks. Maybe someone can explain why we keep electing such people. If Edwin Edwards tried to run for office while in jail, he would have been elected! Now he wants to run for the 6th Congressional seat in Congress. Will Nagin try to run again? I am sure the people of New Orleans will welcome him back.
