Air Show.
I have found this works well and sure beats hyper flexing of the neck. I bring along a cervical collar and when the air show (flying) begins I put it on. The collar limits my head movement so as I don’t give myself a wipe lash trying to take a pictures of a plane flying over my head (Blue Angles).

This idea came from a doctor who had an office near where the Paris Air Show. I suppose you could use it at any race type advent.

Just a thought.

That's a great tip, although I usually get wipe lash in the morning. Did you mean "Whip lash"?....

Easy! When they see your C-Collar, they'll feel sorry for you - -

You might just be onto something there!
Can you please help me with my camera gear? I cannot overly strain my neck!
