Are these products worth it ?
1. AfterEffects CS5 Win $90.00
2. Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10 ESD $ 22.00
Since I do photos for our organization, that's our non-profit price per license.

After Effects is a very cool suite of video editing tools. I would buy it at $90 but it really is designed for video work.
Photoshop Elements/Premiere 10 bundle for $20 would be a no brainer.

Putting the brain to use. Going to pay for it now and download it onto my external drive for safe keeping.

I have to ask...are you sure that the site is legal? Prices listed are far below what they should be.
Absolutely. you can check the site at:
www.techsoup.orgIt is for non-profits and to be able to order you have to submit non-profit certifying documents from an organization and state/federal tax id. Which I have for my unit within the United States Power Squadrons, the leaders in boating education in the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Japan.

Sarge...Unfortunately, I cannot qualify for eligibility but you have a bonanza in that site, the prices listed for some of those programs are only a fraction of what they go for and that includes upgrades and student discounts. Lucky you! :-D I live in a boating community and come from a boating family...and it sure is a worthwhile endeavor.
Only have to say is to check and see if there is a boating squadron in your area. Take a 'Safe Boating Course' and get free 6 month membership and see if they know about 'Tech Soup'
I've ordered for multiple members of my squadron and they enjoy the benefit of membership.

Thanks for the heads up...I did a quick check and there are both Power Squadron and Coast Guard Auxiliaries nearby.
I don't know if CG AUX is a non-profit but US Power Squadrons are. I think there is a special now if you take the 'Safe Boating Course - ABC3 ' you can get 6 months free membership. Then it's less than $100 a year for membership and get all the benefits.
www.usps.org and then search for benefits
