NO WAY!!! SWEET!!! I can't wait to explore it more. So far I am self taught with youtube tutorials, which can be very time consuming. Can't wait for my classes to start in October!

I'm probably not the one to advise in that area. I know -0- about layers, but....I have made a "copy" of the original, opened up the copy in CS5, I think you go to images...adjustments....then hue/sat or color balance, etc.....just play around with it, that's what I do. Just make sure you "save as" first, so you don't loose your original.
Ok thanks ill see what I can do
90% of the pictures that I keep or publish or sell are photoshop 7 enhanced.
For me it is like the darkroom was to Steiglitz, Meunch or Adams.
This is a true art form to be studied and used

When you say Photoshop 7 do you mean Elements 7? I have Photoshop CS5 and I thought CS "5" was the newest version. There seem to be so many different softwares it gets a little confusing. When I was in school, we had to have Photoshop CS3,4 or 5 but one of the professors used Lightroom.
HDR IN PHOTOSHOP IS A SIMPLER PROGRAM THAN TOPAZ, PHOTOMATIX, JUST A BIT A LITTLE EASIER TO USE. I DON'T A LOT ABOUT PHOTOSHOP, I JUST THINK I AM GETTING BETTER @ PHOTOSHOP BECAUSE I USE IT A LOT AND ANYTHING U USE A LOT , YOU'LL BECOME BETTER @. IF ANYONE OUT THERE THAT WOULD LIKE TO CHAT 1 ON 1, I CAN SEND MY REG. EMAIL AND MAYBE TRADE #'S.
The first rule of rules for me it this:
Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean you SHOULD. It applies to photo processing as much as anything else. Maybe more.
I ALWAYS BREAK THE RULES IN PHOTOGRAPHY.

Lightroom is an Adobe program that is kind of like a "Photography Only" version of Photoshop. Because they are compatable you can take an image from Lightroom and open it in Photoshop. Photoshop has so much more than just photo editing capabilities... But most people don't necessarily want all the frills... Lightroom is a great program for downloading, tagging, editing and saving your photos..... I actually have both. Its always a matter of personal preference.....
did u even read my message? hm!

At this point? I don't know what I've read. I just had one of those surrealistic conversations with customer service where you wonder whether the person to whom you are speaking and you are on the same plane of existence. Twilight Zone time (eerie music up full). And this was with both sides trying hard to agree. We WANTED to understand each other; we just weren't speaking the same language. In this case, I'm not talking about an accent I couldn't understand or anything ... just they were clearly coming from an alternate universe with a different reality structure.
They think it was about my FEELINGS. They want me to FEEL better. I just want my MONEY back. I will feel better when they return my money.
They kept apologizing for my frustration. I kept asking them "Where's my MONEY?"
I finish conversations like this wondering what happened. Did something get resolved? Was an agreement reached? If so, what was it? Because I got lost somewhere after giving over my personal details for the 100th or so time.
So did I read your post? Was I even the one the comment was directed at? Does it matter? Does anything matter?
And what IS the meaning of life, the universe and everything?
The answer is 42.
