Need help with value of tripod

I'm no photographer, but have taken pictures for 60 years. Can't say I'm an expert at anything but have experienced many memorable events.

Anyway, I ended up with a Paillard Bolex Tripod H and feel that someone out there needs it. What is it worth?

That depends on a LOT of things. Condition first, does it have a head, what kind of head? Pictures always help. I had a Paillard Bolex as my very first tripod, with the 3 way head. Traded it in on a Bogen 3021 almost 30 years ago, got $25 trade-in for it then in mint condition, it was just too short for me as I am 6'5" tall. Still use that Bogen today!

The Tripod was introduced in 1959. It is suppose to be a low profile tripod used for macro photography.

The only price I could find on it is for one hundred dollars.

Perhaps the someone who needs it is you - to help push you over the fence from snap shooter to photographer?
