Thought I would try converting to B & W as an experiment. This one of several ways I played with it.
I like it, but I like the color better. If color had never come along I would be very satisfied with this image. For those who didn't see the color version here are the original and a variation in color I tried.

Nice textures and shapes. Tough to like b&w flowers when we know how colorful they are, but this is a pleasing version.
