I am interested in seeing low-light image samples from other users out there, as well as shares of their methods and practices.
Here are sample of some of my low light captures...

That's great. The spider looks as though he's walking across wires.

Wow! great photos. I have seen a lot of photos of spiders and webs but none so dramatic as yours.

quite stunning...full of emotion!
I would like to throw a curve ball on this subject. My low light was an LED flashlight at a distance of about 3 feet. I read of this concept and had to play around to see what it would do. The only PP done was a crop and removal of some dust (white specs) on the background.
This is one of those rainy day projects....try it.

I have some shots from what appears to be near the same location on Mulholland. That can be a crazy road to traverse at night - and there can be some strong wind up there too. Have spent more than one night wandering around the San Fernando Valley and the L.A. Basin on this road myself (will find some images to share of these also). I have attached an image taken from Griffith Observatory overlooking the L.A. Basin - I took this image below a while back (on a tripod) when still familiarizing myself with the camera I shot it with - and actually had the ISO way too high (the auto ISO function that was not fully disabled). Still like the shot though..
