I always tried for cooperation with and from my students. If they didn't cooperate then intimidation was a fall back.
If they said no one would like me because I was too strict then my answer was: "I'm not here to make you to like me, I am here to make you learn. Even if it is just because you want to prove me wrong. You still learned, mission accomplished."

I woke up and saw the ceiling and decided it was instantly a good day. Then seeing folks on UHH saying Happy Birthday brightened it up ten-fold.

No rain forecast. Got up at 7:30 and temperature was 80 degrees. Ool time today for sure. (Ool is Pool without P - hope to keep it that way )
