My partner and I attend a lot of events during the season..whatever the theme might be. our goal is to "tell a story". Avoiding spectators in shooting this type of thing can be quite daunting.

I love the Renaissance! My sister and I go to the one in Ga. just about every April. They have a sm. one wkender in Mobile, AL. Of course when we go it is in costume! That horse looks to be a percheron which is the closest there is to what the war horses were during that time. saw the Canadian World Jousting Champion a few years back. They had full contact jousting, nothing choreographed.
