Gulls, practice, Eagle, not yet.

There has been an eagle seen in the area and when I get my chance I want to be ready, so I’ve been practicing on the gulls, they have about the same flight characteristics.
It's not if, it's when.

That first shot of the two gulls is something to aspire to. I'm inspired to take a camera on my next Aux patrol!

Beautiful images! Love the muted colors and background in #1, and also the setting of #3. I know you're more interested in capturing the BIF, but it's always a bonus to have a pretty composition and overall interesting shot :)

Yes, everything did come together rather nicely in # 1, food for thought, pay more attention to the backgrounds.
